Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your email address and other information you voluntarily provide.
Subscription Information: Subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We receive confirmation of purchase but do not store your payment card information.
User Content: Crosshair configurations and preferences you create and save within the App.
Communications: If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and the content of your communication.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we may automatically collect the following information:

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, device language, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Data: Features used, interactions within the App, session duration, and crash logs.
Diagnostic Data: Performance data and technical issues to help us improve the App.

1.3 Tracking and Advertising

We do NOT use your device identifiers for cross-app or cross-website tracking for advertising purposes.

We do not request "App Tracking" authorization through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, as we do not engage in tracking-based advertising or sell user data to advertising networks.

7. Subscription and In-App Purchases

All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment-related information is handled by Apple, and we do not have access to your payment card details.

To manage or cancel subscriptions:

Open the Settings app on your device
Tap your name/Apple ID at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Select the subscription you want to manage
Follow the instructions to cancel or modify

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

When your account is deleted, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
